Shopping Buddy ("we", "us", "our") is an independent UK price-comparison service. By using our service you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or continuing to use Shopping Buddy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Shopping Buddy lets you build a shopping list and compare prices across UK supermarkets. Product titles, sizes and prices are sourced on demand from publicly accessible retailer pages and displayed alongside a link to the original listing on the retailer's website. We do not host retailer images and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer. Prices and availability may be out of date or incorrect — always verify the price at the retailer before purchasing. Retailers who would like us to stop accessing their data can contact us via our contact page.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

We retain ownership of the service, including software, design, branding, and content we provide. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). For full payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Cancelling Pro takes effect immediately and you will lose access to Pro features at the time of cancellation.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
