Retailers — takedown & data requests

Shopping Buddy is an independent UK price-comparison tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer. We display product titles, sizes and prices sourced from publicly accessible retailer pages, with a link back to the original listing on the retailer's own website. We do not host or rehost retailer images.

If you represent a retailer and want us to stop accessing or displaying data from your site, email admin@shoppingbuddy.co.uk from a verifiable company address. Please include:

• the retailer name and the domain(s) you're writing about;
• your name, role and a contact phone number for verification;
• the specific URLs or product categories you'd like us to stop accessing;
• whether you also want existing cached entries deleted.

We honour reasonable takedown requests within 5 working days and will remove the retailer from the comparison list once the request is verified.
